Basic Cost of materials mentioned are inclusive of all the taxes.

Basic Cost Assumed of cement is Rs 425/bag , Steel is Rs 75/kgs , 8” block – Rs 60, 6" Block - Rs 45 , 4" Block - Rs 42, M-Sand - Rs 1000/tonne, P-Sand -Rs 1300 /tonne . Burma Teak - Rs 8500/cft , Ghana teak - Rs 3500/cft. Brick Work Construction ---Extra cost -- Rs 100 /sft (Wire Cut Bricks). (However, it will not affect the customer once this package is locked).
